Grilled Chicken Thighs

0.75 cups soy sauce
0.33 cup (packed) dark brown sugar
2 tablespoons chopped peeled fresh ginger
4 large garlic cloves chopped
12 skinless boneless chicken thighs
Whisk soy sauce, brown sugar, ginger, and garlic in large bowl. Can be made 2 hours ahead.
Let stand at room temperature
Prepare barbeque (medium-high heat). Add chicken to marinade; toss to coat. Let marinate at
room temperature 15 minutes (not too much longer otherwise gets salty). Brush grill with oil. Grill
chicken until cooked through, about 5 minutes per side.
Wrap grilled chicken with Sticky Rice is seasoned Nori Wrappers.
Serves 6.
