8 oz. egg noodles, cooked and drained
1/2 pound cooked ham, diced
1 cup cottage cheese
1 cup sour cream
2 eggs
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
pepper
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese

Preheat oven to 350. 

Combine all ingredients except Parmesan cheese.  Spoon into a lightly
greased 2-quart casserole.  Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top and bake
25 minutes.
